May qr code pa kayo, hindi rin pala pwede gamitin on that day. Sana nagnote kayo na kailangan niyo muna magregister tapos after 2-3 days pa pala bago gamitin. Tapos 15 minutes lang ang grace period. Napakabagal niyo pa magpalabas! -- Arya0424, 2026-08-21 ### *---- "Missing and excessive" Missing option to add PWD card. Asking for too much info than needed like gps, address Where are you going page does not make sense. This should be automated since na scan na ng system nila pagpasok sa parking. -- Ako2024, 2026-08-11 ### *---- "Does not work" Does not work as mentioned by SM it just took my private info and card detail -- S2niggerguy, 2026-08-08 ### *---- "A child made this app" Failed selecting a city when I clearly clicked on my city. App hangs while adding card! 100th try still failed. -- Markolokz, 2026-08-01 ### *---- "Useless app" Useless app. Napaka walang kwenta. Now, checked the app, need mgcreate account ulit.. WHY?! Anyare?! Edi ngttry ako create account…… CITY na lang ayaw pa gumana… kelangan piliin sa lalabas na option, which pinili naman db, pero AYAW DIN GUMANA!!!!! Disaster….. -- Rain011579, 2026-07-31 ### *---- "Trash App" When you simply add a card, you will be redirected directly to the payment? Severe user experience. -- BUGNAROKETERNALPISS, 2026-07-12 ### *---- "Inefficient/Poor Management" Grace period of 15 min when the queue to exit is more than that?!! Girl on the call with the guard at 10pm in SM Southmall is very stupid. Could not understand that the line is so long and would not budge to let the cars exit when there is a clear proof of payment. Want us to pay again when it’s their failure and inefficiency?? Scamlords. NO BCP for machine failures. You want to automate and save cost. Do it properly! -- Zia0012, 2026-07-11 ### *---- "This is a subsription, not free app to use (has free trial though)" Similar to previous comment, you need to download the app if you wish to use QR code to avoid long queue in paying using their booth. This is a paid subscription. Too much for a weekly fee. Even if you go to the mall on weekly basis, you are paying almost Php 500 for parking on top of your actual fee for that day. This was created also for guaranteed parking slot. But how will that work? Random? You will still go through the process of looking for a vacant slot. What if you have preference? PWD? If you made the “reservation” and you had change of plans, what will happen? Will you be charged? Not all establishments are using this too so.. not practical. And too expensive for a “convience fee” if you will download. Just use their booth. There, you can pay in cash. -- lhea_a, 2026-07-10 ### *---- "Useless" If a business is using this as their parking tech, help yourself and stay away. Very long downtime -- AxleGrat, 2026-07-09 ### *---- "BEWARE!!!" sm southmall web qr were generated using paid QR generator which forced me to download the app and use free trial just to open the web qr link. If you forgot to unsub before trial period you will be charged 499 WEEKLY. low key scam!!! -- Superariesss, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "too manu steps to register" too many steps to register, requires credit card, no gcash paymaya option -- ReyVH, 2026-07-06 ### *---- "Requires Too Much Info" Requires name, address, user photo, vehicle make, model, year, vehicle photo. Should be just license plate number, that's it. Requires debit/credit card info. Won't accept Gcash card. -- boloypogi27, 2026-07-06 ### *---- "Useless" Useless -- halcyon_25, 2026-07-06 ### *---- "Inefficient" Sobra bagal at haba pila para mag bayad parking. This is on a weekday at 2pm SM Southmall. Not rush hour at all. 40 mins to pay (payment terminal is slow), another 40 mins to exit parking gate (erratic plate no recognition) -- jerico2, 2026-07-06 ### ***** "Registration Is Tedious" Hassle -- I_Review_Appss, 2026-06-29 [View all Synerpark reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Synerpark Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Топ бесплатных | Филиппины | Navigation | #19 | --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io/ru) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
