So let’s talk about this app
First of all I just ordered a iPhone 16 white pro when I went to my near by T mobile they did it have the white one in stock anyways I got it from this app soon after guess what it said it was arriving tomorrow that day or on Saturday it is tomorrow it’s still not here and not I just checked when it will arrive now it’s saying on Monday like what u told me today or tomorrow like what
 Is this switch up before this app was way secure and better now I’m scared if I don’t even get my phone I paid 1000 dollars for that so if it’s cracked when it comes I will be back.

Literally this close in changing providers! I’ve noticed it doesn’t even block devices at certain times when I want it too and can’t even change devices names on top the app is soooo slow.

I love T-Mobile. I love the customer support, I love the service, I love everything about it, but I absolutely hate this app. It never loads. I can never see my bill. It’s annoying trying to pay it I can do that no problem. However to look at it and see what it is I’m pay for. Never!!! I think this glitch needs to be fixed asap

Never book travel through T mobile! If you book through them your hotel won’t be able to find your reservation or confirm it because after you pay them they book through a third party. If I hadn’t called the hotel directly and worked with them for an hour I wouldn’t have even been able to check in. When I contacted T mobiles customer service they told me nothing could be done and that I’d have to work it out with the hotel. STAY AWAY

They once had an app just for the internet gateway that was great. However, once they switched over to Tlife, it doesn’t show accurate information. Sometimes it doesn’t even see my gateway. It’s pretty pathetic.

The app works for a device that has t mobile service ( phone) but not for any device that is not t mobile connected. I have tried to connect with my iPad many times and have call tech support for t mobile and still app will NOT work. Their answer was that If I wanted to use the app, I would need to be connected to the t mobile server. I could however connect through the web site. 
The old t mobile app worked great on any device that the app could download and run on ( iPads not connected to t mobile servers) 
Too bad they changed it

It’s a glitchy slow doesn’t process anything that you tell it to and not user-friendly at all. I suppose it goes along with the T-Mobile service. It doesn’t work well so why would the app?

The app is a never ending loop of asking my password and scanning the QR Code. I got the 5G gateway maybe less than a year ago. It used to work well until they decided to set my internet in another household. They then “fixed” it but it never worked and I am paying each month for absolutely no internet service. I am sure it is still in the wrong household but their customer service is not qualified to know anything remotely basic, so they keep telling me it’s not. They didn’t even noticed the mistake the first time, we had to ask them to check. The people at the store don’t even know how to configurate my account in the app, mostly because it is a terrible app with lots of glitches as bugs. They keep resetting the device and nothing else. I’ve been wasting my time and money for 3 months already. I am really tired of this situation.

### ***-- "A Glitchy Work in Progress"
With this app, I’ve had one family member have her name changed, and another’s name changed to a number.  I’ve been unable to see my bill using the app. To see it, I had to log in on a web page.  
Multiple employees at a T-Mobile store admitted it was having problems, and said it was being updated on a regular basis. Hopefully the improvements, especially on billing, will happen soon.
