T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM

Remembering what get a sim took a while ago, I’m astonished with the ease and speed of service. Thumbs up, T-mobile!

It had showed error several times before i bought eSim. And now I can’t transfer eSIM to my new iPhone. It shows error that email already registered. Why just use QR-code?

Unable to transfer eSIM to new iPhone, it always shows “Transfer not supported”. Now I have to change number in all related services. Why not to show QR code like other providers do? Disappointed.

Makes you go through a long and slow process before showing you what seems like a random list of countries when you try and enter your credit card country. An embarrassment of an app for a major company

One star review as the app doesn’t work. It won’t accept Irish credit cards, so why is it even listing on the Irish AppStore? Is there a particular reason you don’t want Irish customers? It’s a bit weird.

*********WHY IS THIS STILL NOT FIXED ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW SINCE REPORTING THIS*********** This app is advertised for international visitors to USA. Unfortunately however duscriminates travellers from Ireland who are unable to pay with there card. In the payment ootions for credit card in the country drop down Republic of Ireland is missing. Dublin has US PRE-CLEARANCE so many travellers to US so why the delay?

Same issue still in 2023 as noted by previous reviewers.

Your billing form doesn’t have Ireland listed. (It’s a country in Europe.)

This app doesn’t accept Irish cards so it’s a total waste of time. Why they’ve made it available on the Irish App Store I don’t know.
