Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

I’ve attempted to use a gift card for delivery over the past 2 days and every time I place my order, the app cancels the order without my consent. I’ve called and emailed customer support multiple times and have received no help outside of a coupon for a free item for delivery which went away after I tried to use it on an order that the app again cancelled without my consent. Horrible app and some of the worst customer support I’ve ever seen.

I can no longer order because the Taco Bell App tells me I don’t have the latest “update”. However, when I go to the App Store an Update is not available. iPhone 7 user with 3 kids in college, and not buying a new phone just for Taco Bell. There are thousands out there just like me! Provide an update for older IOS versions please. Thank you!

The app does not currently offer water as a choice. 1/1/2025.

I hate this. This is my first review for anything. I used the Taco Bell app for years and now it doesn’t work with my iOS. At this point I am going through withdrawals of no Taco Bell but I refuse to order any other way. Taco Bell you should feel ashamed of what you have done to me. :(

Delivery is a scam never works

Bad enough this app has video advertisements in it wasting my limited bandwidth, the ads have sound too which causes the music I'm playing to stop.

App say to update to latest version to use. Doesn’t give me an option to update
