Когда будет поддержка Русского языка?

I bought a tado smart AC. Ordered it to Vietnam and when i got it and started to seting it up i stucked on a stage of firmware update. Already 3 days it is uploading and no signs on the end. Support explain it that it s the cause that i m far from servers which are in Europe and i m in asia so that s why it s takig so long. So the conclusion. If you are in asia and want to buy this don t do this. All they can say is just wait when it stops uploading. Finally after 6 days it s works. But i already ordered a another device which works well but tado has more settings and its more functional.

During Kickstarter campaign you have announced Siri intergration for Smart AC control. There is still no Siri or Apple HomeKit for Smart AC control even after latest WWDC. There is no Apple Watch support. You only make useless tweaks to the app.

Tado system is working fine but there is one very annoying thing: App/system keep giving false information about low AA batteries power. Keep saying battery low on power while all batteries are full.

Generally very happy with Tado heating system but every so often I get notification saying your thermostat battery is low but when checking battery is ok. This happens randomly.

App is getting stuck on the loading screen. The spinner animates indefinitely. Killing the app is required to make it launch properly.

The recent version of the app does not start (stops at the start screen logo). It needs to be “killed” several times before starts properly..
