I sent an email to the hotel through the Taj app and did not receive a response. When I called them, the hotel informed me that they do not deal with this application. When I contacted the support for the app, the support staff informed me that there are indeed no current reservations. Please note that the app indicates that there are 20 rooms available.

I want to file a complaint against the Barcelo Al Jaddaf Hotel, because I made a reservation in advance and the offer in the app was to check in at 11:00 AM, and I came from Abu Dhabi, and the receptionist told me that you cannot enter because all the rooms are full, and you can check in at 3:00 PM, and I came from a place I am away and I cannot come back now. The employee told me that you can enter the room at 11:00 in the morning as stated in the offer. As for the employee whose name is Imad, his manner was very rude and unprofessional in dealing, and he treated us badly. I want to complain about the offer in the application, the hotel, and the employee. Imad and the employee who booked the room for me, thank you

لماذا لا يوجد مصداقية في البرنامج كل مرة يعجبني عرض أحاول الحجز لا الاتصال شغال ولا الواتس اب ولا شيء وفي الاخر لمن تروح المكان المعلن عنه يقلك نفذت الأماكن أو توقف العرض علمًا مازال يعرض على التطبيق؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ وتراسلهم يردوا عليك بعد ساعات بأن العرض توقف ؟؟؟ ممكن توضيح ماذا يحصل ؟؟؟؟؟
