One year ago, I have made the payment through Tamara. One installment was deducted simultaneously, but the order was unsuccessful. They disputed the order until the problem was resolved. However, they deducted the remaining installments from my account without my consent after one year, which is still disputed and unresolved. 
Despite being contacted by the store the same day, they informed me that your order was not showing up. You can directly contact Tamara for further assistance.
