I open my case for technical problem Id already used . But I never use before any application as I don’t have the residence card before. I report my issue on 13/12 till now they’re keep saying our team is working on your issue and finding the problem. 
I am not a developer or I don’t have experience in Technical things but i know the issue . Due to some technical glitch in the app identity saved in the database now they need to manual review my id is there any due or any payment. If there is not then they need to remove my id from database then i can verify my identity again .
