Everytime I order a medicine (with valid doctor prescriptions), I get a call the next day mentioning there is a quantity issue. They will not be providing the quantity mentioned and their in-house doctor (I wonder who) will always prescribe a completely different weird quantity, thereby making my medicine undeliverable. I will have to place a new order again with the delivery fee for 1 medicine. The helpline is useless, nobody understands the problem, extremely non cooperative. Way better to buy medicines physically than go through this hassle. After trying a lot of similar apps I found that 1mg is the best- why? - well great app design, availability of medicines and substitutes, lab bookings, doctor available over video, audio and chats and availability of health products. I have been a Care Plan subscriber for years. But I noticed recently (to be honest never checked before as I trusted the brand) that medicines show 20-32% discount, but when you checkout and calculate total value paid vs total cost of medicines, you will be shocked that the discount only aggregates to 14-15% even after neucoins. What is going on? Also recently I feel the blood collection at home is not that great as it used to be, although test prices are still great. Overall I feel I can’t place my unquestioned trust in this app/ brand anymore. To add in most of recent occasions the medicines are delivered late, not the rapid delivery we used to enjoy once.
