TaxiDataManager is an easy app to schedule trips, dispatch them to other drivers, manage bookings and track your taxi business as driver or owner.

8 independent modules support scheduling of trips and reservations, create invoice, track shifts, write a trip log and record working hours. Modules could be used standalone.

Scheduling and dispatching module:

- bookings could also be scheduled in system calendars.
- alarms are scheduled to start the trip intime.
- data for writing invoices is collected.
- invoices are written as PDFs and could be emailed or printed

Calculate fares
- depening on the start and destination address a route will calculated
- tarifs could easily be entered to adapt to your local tarif
- calculating charges for credit card payment

Integration of navigation apps
- destination addresses can be transferred to navgation apps like TomTom, Navigon, Google and Apple to start navigation directly from TaxiDataManager

No more forms necessary to transfer the data from the cab. Supports PDF, CSV and Excel-XML as message format.

I am slowly getting used to using this app and potentially it could be brilliant for small taxi/chauffeur companies. There are a few small glitches but I think they can be sorted out. So far it is a time saver. I’ve only given it 3 stars as it’s still early days. I want to make sure that the back ups work with confidence and the little glitches are ironed out.
I am happy to work with this company to make it a 5 star app because I seriously believe this good be brilliant for small taxi/chauffeur companies.

So this is an update.
I’ve been using this app for a while now and now I’ve got used to it and set things up the way I want them it’s brilliant.
Once I set up my additional fields and sorted out my pricing and found the best ways to send my drivers there details for transfers it has now become easy to use. I’ve also set things up so that every booking I make goes straight into my iOS calendar.
