Had major issues using the app. Took forever to find drivers and there is no way to comment (give more details around pick up point or necessary details) or contact the driver if you’re running late or can’t find them at pick up point. We were not from Spain so couldn’t call the number. We had one ride where someone else took our taxi and had no way to cancel the trip, message or call the driver..

A sneaky app that’ll give you what you want without even knowing you wanted it. I booked a taxi and it arrived in an extremely remote location so that’s good enough for me.

App crashes. Random pop-ups saying “left button” and “right button”. Keeps logging me out while trying to secure a taxi. Multiple driver cancellations with no explanation given.

Need to tap icon 3 or 4 times before it stays open, crashes immediately for first few. No option to cancel a reservation - fir example if have got another taxi on the street. notifications in app are unreliable - often after the event

Cada vez que entras hay que meter usuario y contraseña, no la recuerda. Despues, funcionaba mejor pero de pronto no deja pedir taxi porque me dice que no hay tarjeta ni info de pago, pero si que la hay.

La apo no abre, o hace el intento y se cierra automáticamente

Hola…las reservas de taxi no funcionan bien..la app se da colgada, otras veces ni se abre…la verdad q muy mal funcionamiento comparada con la anterior

Pésimo, ahora ni deja abrir la aplicación y por lo visto hay más gente a la que le pasa. Para mí era más cómodo reservar taxi por la aplicación porque hay veces que la centralita está saturada de llamadas.
