I love the simplicity of this app, just turn it on and I have Lucas to talk to in French… a real joy. They have had lots of technical problems, but took a punt, and paid my 179 euro year subscription (not cheap)and knew it would be a rough ride (previously done a month and free trial). Updates come with promises that don’t seem to materialise.   Latency is a problem, told update will be better, but never is….Todays update comes with a rotating circle of dots where nothing happens and when I click on help, it says page not found. I really would like this to be a success as I’ve not seen better, but have I set my hopes too high?
