I’ve worked in the field ten years and never come across such an awful app yet. -- embolou, 2021-07-02 ### *---- "Crashing" When trying to log in from one supplier to another the app crashes, (error synchronizing) the only way to log on is to delete the app and re load which means I lose historical work...so frustrating and time consuming! Please fix -- Ssswwwttt111222333, 2021-05-07 ### ****- "24 Hr clock" The app works really well most of the time with the occasional crash if you come out of the app to use a different app at the same time, the only thing that irritates me is having to remember to use the 12 hour clock for signing out of jobs only to have the app convert it into the 24 hr clock...... any chance we can be trusted with the 24 hour clock in the next release? -- Pyp12345, 2021-05-06 ### ***** "Top reporting app" As a field rep I can’t recommend highly enough. I am now inclined to choose work more readily if the agency offering the work uses this app. Excellent design and usability mean you can sync the work at the beginning of the day and have all the information at your fingertips wherever you are and without relying on WiFi or phone signal. Sync the jobs when back home on WiFi with no usage of data 5 stars! -- Nijten, 2020-03-12 ### *---- "Sort it out" Please sort this app out. Keeps logging me out randomly and keeps crashing then logging out. This is adding extra time to my work day which I could do without. At least 1 hour of my day is spent sorting this app out! -- Brother chunky, 2016-10-27 ### **--- "Good start but really buggy" After using this app for a while now I have come across a number of issues 1. There don't seem to be any options to upload a photo from the camera roll 2. When I'm on the customer demo page and I need to go back to customer 3 (for example) it just crashes the app. On side note in this section after every customer I go to press next in the top right corner as it is very intuitive and is a thing I would imagine many iPhone users doing 3. You have to select the option to say a customer purchased the laptop then un-select so you can have an option to say why they didn't buy which seems to be counter intuitive What I'd do to improve/fix app 1. Add the camera roll feature 2. In the customer demo section instead of it being a drop down box it should ask how many customers you spoke to, how many demos you did, and how many demos led to a sale 3. After the box that says did you pass the product to a member of staff to complete the sale they should be a yes or no boxes which once checked depending on the choice would open more questions I really hope this feedback helps -- Kush1252, 2015-04-12 ### *---- "Awful app" This a truly terrible app, completely un-intuitive, clunky and constantly crashes causing me to redo work.
