Amazing app honestly can’t believe you guys want through the pain of making a desktop level app and make somewhat useable on mobile (not your guys fault just mobile is awkward to begin with) honestly great job guys. The free service thank you for allowing anyone to test / troubleshoot like this on the go.

Great app, loved it!

For the past two months I have not been able to sign into TeamViewer on my new devices (iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPad Pro M4) as when I go to sign in it says to add the devices to my approved list. However, I never receive the email to approve the devices. I have contacted support and have received no response. I have switched sign in security from requiring new devices be approved manually to 2FA using an Authenticator app, however it still prompts me to add devices to approved list when I sign in. TeamViewer has become complete trash over the past few years. Shame.

This sw used to be simple to use and very good. I will need a support agent to help me to get this thing to connect and I know what I’m doing. I couldn’t imagine try to get my mother to do this!!! What a mess.

Randomly get locked out of my session for no reason

All I want to be able to do is occasionally remote access to my 92 year old dad’s computer when he gets himself stuck. $asking me to pay over $300 for a full year access to do this is highway robbery very.

Do not use this if you are using it for personal use because you can’t get anything done!!!! With their newest version you NOW have a timer and then you get disconnected!!! So if you are trying to help someone ( like me trying to help my elderly mother) good luck because you get nowhere because of the their timer. This used to be a great program but now it is the worst one on the market!!!!

Always a problem with quick support, 9 times out of ten. Pathetically designed , glitchy, annoyingly stupid
