Do everything in their power to delay or refuse claim and customer service is shocking! Customer of 5 years, first time trying to claim and they couldn’t do less to resolve the issue. Waste of money

Get domestic and general. No excess. No fuss. This lot are a con. Don’t expect a new phone either.

When I took out the policy the excess was £49 but with the change to Likewize an extra £50 has been slipped in if the device needs to be replaced - They also state that the replacement might have third-party parts, be a different spec or even colour. Terrible policy.

So slow looking at claim documents. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Took 2 weeks to process the claim, then needed to pay £49 excess (minimum) for the repair on the iPhone. Now going to have to wait until after my trip away as 1st opportunity for a repair is a week away! At £14 per month, this is a poor service. Will be going elsewhere.

Found this one of the worst apps I’ve ever used very clumsy to use maybe it’s because they don’t want you to make a claim?

Worst company ever filled my phone with non genuine parts

Very Bad service ever face; you have to keep calling to get updates; they will update into the system but after 2-3 days compare to call. They don’t care even if you have device to contact or not. On call it feel they are humilating you.

Over 2 weeks to process a claim, only to offer second hand replacements for £150.
