### **--- "Spams shared calendar with endless notifications"
Every time I open the app, it seems to delete and re-add calendar entries for each class I have booked. In my own calendar this is no problem, but I share my calendar with my wife and she is getting event added and deleted notifications  constantly. Like, 10+ every time I use the app. As you can imagine this is extremely annoying!

Downloaded to use on a Technogym rower in a hotel gym. Could not get it working. Needed a gym code? Nobody in the hotel knew what this was. Considering Technogym is in most hotels this is not good. Hardware is good. Software useless and not compatible with anything including their own hardware!

This app doesn’t work at my gym! I’ve asked my PT about it and he said they have to reserve a certain amount of the bandwidth of the WiFi to run all the Technogym machines (the irony!). Therefore, despite having a full WiFi signal, I can’t even get this app to load on my iPhone. Other apps load fine (including other workout apps which feature videos) - it’s just this one which doesn’t load as it’s so data-hungry. It loads fine at home, and also when I’m in a less rural area with a decent 4G signal. 

I’m genuinely considering leaving my gym because of this app. I’ve got my workouts saved and logged on another app instead. But I don’t see the attraction of using the Technogym kit with such a poor UI; I can do the same workout in any other gym without paying the premium for my luxury gym (of which the Technogym equipment is meant to be a USP!).

### *---- "I automatically logged out and there was no way to get back my data"
The system is designed not to find out what the users username was. The product owner or developer assumes that this is the only app the user is using and they will remember the email id or phone number they have used before. I have not changed my phone. If I have entered a wrong email address it says “you will get an email if you have used the correct email id.” Nowadays people have more than one email id for sure. One of the oldest stupid designs I have seen. I think the mobile is also done by the web team only . I suggest to hire someone who understands the mobile ecosystem pretty well and who believes that users not only forget their passwords but also their email ids. If you sign out someone from mobile , you must have a mechanism to keep the login details somewhere in the app for sure.
