Hoy me he animado a usar esta app para crafters, me parece una alternativa a algunos sitios web, pero le falta mejorar, necesita mejores traducciones ya que algunas no se entienden bien, como por ejemplo en la sección de pedidos, dentro órdenes externas pone “botón”… interpreto que es para añadir una venta externa al sitio, pero dudo que sea así. También me gustaría que fuera más intuitiva, por ejemplo, a la hora de postear, no se muy bien si es un post, un estado o que es 😅 y cuando vas a postear elegimos como quieres postear (en mi caso me da dos opciones muy parecidas) entiendo que ¿una es como tienes y otra como perfil? No está claro. Tampoco sé muy bien cómo va el algoritmo para posicionarme más arriba, he usado algunas palabras clave para mis artículos, pero cuando las busco no aparecen ni mis post, ni mis artículos, ni mi perfil. No se si es cuestión de darle tiempo al sistema o que no funciona así… También mejoraría las opciones para envío cuando se trata de artículos digitales como es mi caso. Seguiré usándola porque quiero ver cómo evoluciona, me parece una idea estupenda! Seguid así!! 😋

I've been trying to join some chat groups for days, but the app's bugs won't let me. I've tried everything - updating, restarting, reinstalling... nothing works! So, I reach out to customer service, hoping for help. But instead of assistance, I get accused of breaking the chat rules in those groups! Can you believe it? I've never even sent a single message to those groups, let alone broken any rules. The incompetence is staggering. First, your app doesn't work, and then your support team makes false assumptions and accuses me of wrongdoing? Unacceptable! Fix your bugs, and train your support team to actually listen to customers. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my frustration) elsewhere. RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP PEOPLE! You won’t make any sales here anyway.

This app is amazing with a loving community of seller & buyers! This platform doesn’t screw the sellers over with outrageous fees either! It’s definitely worth a try!!

Tedooo has been an experience with ups and downs. I have slow periods as well as busy periods but I have learned what it takes to become busy and how to do well. I have met a lot of people from all over the world and I think it’s a great place to come together with similar people and get sales. It’s addicting. I love my Tedooo!!

I’ve been on the platform for almost a year now and I’m super happy to say that I’ve had many orders. People have messaged me asking for frogs, cows, turtles! You name it and I can usually make it! I adore this platform and the space they have given me to list my handmade items. In the months I’ve been on the app there has been great improvement in many things from adding mojos, visions and more! If you’re looking for a place to start listing your handmade items I would definitely check it out it’s worth a try! 😁

I cant review anything at all and idk why

I got a notification saying that I got my first order, yet whenever I went to try and see this order it was not there (where the orders are supposed to be). I also got a message from a customer saying that she needed to redo her order and it would not let me see this message it would only show it from the outside of the messages. Sorry it’s hard to explain. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if it would fix these bugs and it did not work. I’m scared I’m going to miss someone’s order or message. Please fix these bugs.

Let’s talk about how this app hires people to blatantly steal photos from peoples Etsy shops, and then repost them everywhere saying that they spotted it on this app just to try to get more users. They’ve done it to me, they’ve done it to friends of mine, and it needs to stop. This is the shadiest way to do business out there, and if they are that shady on Facebook, imagine how shady they are when it actually comes to running their platform.
