If I could rate this app 0 starts I would. First of all the people on that office do not care, there rude, disrespectful and have the worst attitude when it comes to it. Secondly if ur booking something you’d think it would come on time? Nope, booking a taxi verses just ordering one on the spot is the exact same. Will not look for a driver until 5 MINUTES before ur booking which makes it soooo pointless. Never in my life have I seen not only a mismanaged app but a mismanaged company
Waited for a driver to be assigned for 25 mins after the required time. Gave up and was charged £3.00 for cancelling! How to make money for doing nothing. Pathetic.
Quick and easy to use
I use this taxi company often and most of the drivers are very nice and friendly with the odd 1 or 2 that are miserable and clearly don’t want to do the job. Other than that good service
This App does not work on my Apple iPhone 13. It asked me for my phone number then after I entered this the App displayed a message: “sorry something went wrong, please try again”. This is as far as I get with it. Useless!
App looks very well-made, but as they say - looks can be deceiving.. very much so in this case. I can’t even get past the phone number part “We’re sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again” oh I’ve tried again alright, about 45 times now. So I do the next best intuitive thing, I call them, with hopes of being met with a helpful and kind customer representative.. Only to be met with a robot, who’s as useless as the tiny “Gambling, be aware” banners. Internet absolutely fine. App updated. Phone modern and fine. With all the money the family has, you’d think a solid dev team and customer support would be among the priorities for this company. As to why entering a phone number to use the app is essential, whilst the system is neglected is beyond me. Startups with £10 to their name are able to manage to get simple sms verification nailed down
Doesn’t give an estimate of wait despite having a feature for it. Often operates poorly, refuses to take bookings, doesn’t indicate business, and unpleasant phone operator if it does fail for long enough to need follow up. So far my wait record for the app to ‘designate a driver’ is 25 minutes. Before journey to arrival time.
I have never had any issues and every driver has been efficient and friendly
Always charges an extra 50 pence when I pay with my Apple wallet, seems it’s better to pay cash in the taxi
