I’m trying to activate my account through my group benefits provider and Telus is saying it’s invalid. I called my benefits provider and they said it’s a Telus issue. I emailed Telus ( how come there’s no other customer service channels?) and they said it’s my group benefits issue to troubleshoot. 

It shouldn’t be on the user to troubleshoot, this is a gap in the customer experience and preventing me from using the services.

It was very quick to speak so someone.  I waited only a few minutes and the nurse was extremely helpful.  She got me to where I needed to be in no time and she set me up with a physician appointment in short order (apt only a few days out)

This new way of getting prescriptions filled or any non emergency issue dealt with is so convenient and easy, and without taking up space in hospitals or other healthcare facilities where others may need assistance with more important issues. 

Your house, car, office or anywhere else is your waiting room and no sick people around you making it worse. It is so easy to use and all the medical professionals are super friendly and helpful.
