I paid 119 on phone pe & went back to the app but no order was registered. The support contact number does not work. I have emailed, no response.
Extremely unprofessional and inefficient.
They charge for rush delivery and then the delivery takes its own sweet time to reach! What’s the point of having such categories when you take more than 4 hours for a delivery that’s meant to take 2 hours
Their service used to be good but now it’s not good anymore. The delivery partner assignment take too much time. The scheduled delivery does not takes place on the scheduled time.
It’s a confusing app. I wanted to track. But it’s a roundabout.
There were multiple options on how much time delivery takes like 4 hours guarantee, same day, next day and so on. I selected the 4 hour delivery option but I got my package after 9 hours. Moreover the delivery agents number was switched off for few hours in between and the live location was not updating because of this. When spoken to delivery agent he said “they have a lot of other work and my work is not the only one” And they would deliver the package at their pace. Why then was there a separate pricing for 4 hour delivery and same day delivery? What if the parcel was time sensitive? Also since it looks like a relatively small company, there aren’t a lot of customer support options. In spite of much cheaper delivery options, not coming back to this app because of the sheer anxiety it gives because of the lack of professionalism
Worst experience as the app does not gives an option tp chose the package dimensions so most of the orders are getting cancelled, the pick up agents should use moped so they can carry big dimensions stuff. The pick up agents are rude.
Scheduled a pick-up at 4.30pm, the executive refused to take my calls and finally when I spoke to him at 5pm he mentioned that he would need at least another 30mins to pick-up the package. The customer care number is always busy and no one bothers to call back either. Worst service I’ve used so far.
