It’s very disappointing that an app with great deals can’t do SGD really please fix this so you can get more customers.

I tried to do a redeem thing, but i needed phone number verification. Can’t. I’m in sg. I tried anything else but nope. I can’t use SG. And I lost the redeem window. Great. TEMU, please make it so every country’s number is available, I’ve seen this in a couple other reviews, so I beg of you. Don’t just add +65. Add every number into TEMU. It’s not good to market an app that doesn’t allow certain people to use it.

Detailed insight for the entire ordering process till good received. Great self service platform and user friendly.

It does not go to all the countries I love in Singapore but there was no Singapore there at all

Someone from other country open account using my email without verification. The person start order items. I try to contact Temu customer service but there wasn’t any customer service email to write to them. Lousy

Find it hard to find pending orders en follow ups on your items And want more security on credit card payments I’m not convinced if safety

Very surprised that there is no SGD option to select. This apps miss big time if they exclude this market segment

Selling overpriced products when compared to AliExpress and other platforms. Worst thing of it all is never ever ever play their platform games(farmland/fish land or whatever they have) One of the most gimmicky e commerce platform I have ever been in. Unsustainable approach, hope you guys go down soon.
