## Termius Description
Termius is an SSH client and terminal, as it should be. Connect with one tap from any mobile and desktop device—no re-entering IP addresses, ports, and passwords.

With a free Termius Starter plan, you can:

· Connect from your mobile and desktop device with SSH, Mosh, Telnet, Port Forwarding, and SFTP.
· Get a desktop-grade terminal experience with a virtual keyboard covering all the special keys required, or connect your Bluetooth keyboard.
· Use gestures or shake the device while in the terminal to emulate stroking of Tab, arrows, PgUp/Down, Home, and End, etc.
· Work in several sessions simultaneously with a multi-tab interface and split-view support.
· Authenticate using hardware FIDO2 keys.
· Set custom environment variables.
· Customize your terminal themes and fonts for each connection.
· Save your favorite and frequently used commands and shell scripts to execute them with a tap instead of typing.
· Quickly access the unified history of your terminal commands.
· Get the support of ECDSA and ed25519 keys and a chacha20-poly1305 cipher.
· Ad-free.
 
With the Termius Pro plan, you can also:
 
· Access your connection settings and credentials from any device, anytime, with an encrypted cloud vault.
· No limitations on the number of devices to sync.
· Run your saved commands on multiple sessions or servers, or instantly get them autocompleted in the terminal. 
· Connect through Proxy and jump servers.
· Integrate with AWS and DigitalOcean.
· Protect your credentials with Touch ID or Face ID and your account with two-factor authentication.
· Keep your keys on your machine with SSH agent forwarding.

Termius Pro Subscription is available through auto-renewable annual or monthly subscriptions (prices vary by region). It attaches to the Termius account to enable access to backup, sync, and all Pro benefits on multiple devices across all platforms supported by Termius. A subscription may be used both for personal and business purposes.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will renew automatically. Cancellation of a future subscription may be made up to 24 hours before the end of the trial period. The actual subscription may not be manually canceled before its termination date. Vad gör de? Appen hade perfekt emulering av piltangenter med enkla svepgester, men nu har de förstört detta helt. Nu ska jag hålla ner fingret och vänta (!) innan jag får använda piltangenterna, och det är helt omöjligt att ha någon som helst precision eftersom hastigheten varierar hejvilt 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Jag gillar inte alls att använda appen lika mycket nu. Det är faktiskt fascinerande hur mycket jag har börjat undvika Termius på grund av detta. 

Från 5 till 3 ⭐️...

"Designers" som ska peta på saker som fungerar är sannerligen källan till mycket av alltings försämring.

The pricing of this to just get simple features like cloud sync and configuration import is through the roof. 
150-210 euro per year for a private person, let that sink in. Apple comes off as cheap in comparison to this company’s idea of what they should charge people for one application’s features.

### ****- "Great tool but you will never convince me that a terminal is worth a subscription"
I love the application. Sleek and simple to use. However, greed is in vogue when a company develops a terminal emulator that they start charging a subscription fee for and they think it is reasonable. Just because “everyone else” is doing subscriptions, regardless of what they try to sell,doesn’t mean that YOU need to do it as well. I would happily pay a $/€20 one time fee for a “pro” version, even if it is only for the current major version. But there is no chance I will ever be convinced to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for this type of application. It is not a service! I want to manage MY services with it.

It used to work great but now that I installed it on my new phone it keeps trying to force this vault thing on me and wants me to login, it won’t let me use the app otherwise.

I wanted to use this app with an external keyboard, but I can’t get it to type curly braces, which I need to type all the time. Tried two different bluetooth keyboards (one off them can be switched to Mac/iOS mode), but same problem with both. After turning off “use option as meta” I could at least type [] via option+8/9 (Swedish layout), but option+shift+8/9 only produces a beep and ~. Is there a fix for this?

Been using this app for years. Used to say: “A realt good app if you need ssh terminal access from your iDevice. Has nice support for swipe gestures.” This was for me a 4 star app. 

But know suddenly all of my host configurations were gone. Had to manually enter them again. That is somewhat of 1-2 stars. 

Combined I’ll still give this 3 stars and hope to never have a settings loss again 🙏

Having a User Account for an SSH Service App is stupid. But since this app allows you to sync the data and various hosts and certificates it CAN make sense.

However, if your like me and can not login to “unlock” all ready local data, and you also ask to reset the password to be able to login to use the app. Then your in my position.

I had been using this app for years now. And while I despise the “Premium” service and the way it forces you to use accounts I understand that the develop needs some way to make money. But when they function actually breaks the basic functionality of the app, which is a SSH client. A Protocol that is free! Then that’s it.

My app is now useless, all the years of using it and the data and little shortcuts, snippets and various servers connected too now gone. 

Time to look elsewhere.
