However, I notice the sneaky little things companies do to try and get you to spend more. Stop asking me TWICE if I want to buy more things right before checkout. Once I can abide but twice is straight greedy and you’re clearly trying to annoy your users into impulse buying. It’s wrong and ye know it.

They locked my account for NO GOOD REASON. Requesting a password reset link DOES NOT WORK. I TRIED 50 TIMES. I AM STANDING IN TESCO TRYING TO PAY AND THIS APP WONT WORK.

Shame the mobile app is not the same as the app on the laptop, the mobile app does not show allot compared to the app on the laptop. Better selection on the app. Forget about having to cancel an order on the mobile app. You have to do it on the laptop.

For the second time, they didn't come to deliver my purchases. There was no letter in the mail letting me know that anyone was here and I didn't receive any refund for what I paid either time.

As a family carer I have limited time to go around shopping, so click and collect is brilliant. The team are fast and attentive and know my shopping habits and substitutions are always right.

I love this app it’s just so great! It’s so amazing that you can be any age to get a club card, because I thought it would definitely be over eighteen. And I’m nearly twelve and it’s great to have a bit of independence with things like this!

I started using Tesco delivery service in September and I love it. I used to hate shopping and the time it wasted, but this is so easy. The only thing you have to be careful about is the substitutions if your chosen item isn’t available. Check them carefully in your email as you need to return them if you don’t want them. I always write a note about what they can substitute if there are not obvious options, but it can be frustrating if there is something particular that you need for a recipe and they don’t deliver it. That is my only concern. I find the app always works, although the checkout process is a bit klutzy.

As you go to pay you get charged extra for variances and it’s scary because I’m broke and I don’t want to pay extra Anyways it’s a good app and fairly handy

Well the Tesco online delivery is amazing. Everything in the store is listed for easy armchair shopping. More time to walk the dogs and the drivers are so helpful and friendly. 100% satisfied
