1. Add ability to edit the price of a specific charge session. Sometimes my “other” charges are free, other times they are paid. Maybe have a set price and one setting that toggles on/off for free. 2. If I live in an apartment and get free charging, let me set my home charging amount to $0.00 3. Schedule sentry to turn on and off at specific times. For example, every night from midnight to 6am it could be scheduled to turn on. 4. If I move and my cost or home charging changes, it shouldn’t backdate and change my stats. I should be able to adjust price going forward only. Or I switch electric plans, it should only impact cost savings going forward. 5. Route planning. I have favorite destinations saved in my car, but they don’t show in the app. Expand app/car cross functionality so I can route plan in the app using my favorite locations. 6. Let me open the glove box from the climate screen. Just let me tap it and it opens. It’s too many clicks to get to it otherwise and it shows the glove box on the climate screen just just won’t let me click it. Make it easier to open for the passenger.

Incredibly difficult to purchase vehicle. They change what they say a lot, and you have to pay 500 dollars before you can see any fine print. It told me I would have 14 days to pick up the car, after which it said I would have one day, and it scheduled an appointment for me. Incredibly difficult. No support for US military addresses. I hope I will be able to get the cat, otherwise I’ll have to dispute the charge.

I paid for a monthly subscription and when to the tesla chargers and when i login the app the chargers are no longer showing in app. I log out of app and they show up. I could not charge my car at this station so I flatbed my car home. Elon musk needs to go. 6 mile cypress parkway in Fort Myers was a wasted trip.

This is an updated review from almost 2 years ago. This app used to have serious issues. It didn’t help I already had a negative view of Tesla altogether after purchasing a model that did not work properly and my local Pensacola service center would do nothing about it. However with that issue aside I’ve decided to give an honest opinion. Over the last year they put a lot of work into the app and into the car tech itself and I must say I’m really impressed. Everything works a little better and it is much more fluid. I hope they continue the updates and efforts. Now if they could only fix the Pensacola Florida Tesla service center I would be so happy. Whenever I have an issue I either tow my vehicle or I drive 1250 miles to the council Bluffs Iowa location for service that is absolutely amazing. They’ve taught me how to use the app better and a lot of other things that aren’t expected of them but they do it anyways to keep their customers and clients happy.

New version lost changing stats.

It’s great that the app finally interacts with Apple Watch but why would “open frunk” be a default on the main watch screen. It should be “open trunk” or at least be configurable. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve opened the frunk, whereas like me, I would think most people open the trunk on a regular basis.

This app is very reliable and works well. Be sure to keep it updated which improves performance. Can be used as car key, to adjust climate before use, charging, monitor cameras for security, many other features. Also fun features like sound and light shows.

Why doesn’t the app send me alerts when I have grid changes? Power grid went down and was running on my power walls. Good thing I checked the app and to my surprise the grid was offline.

There’s no sound with notifications.
