After increasing the subscription fees substantially this is the service you are giving. The website or the app of textbook is not working today and I have my exam day after Tommorow December 30’2024 Even after multiple emails and calls with customer executives I still am facing problem with login into my own account. Dozen of times I have complained and informed that I use their website from my laptop and app from my iPad but still in crucial moments I get logged out of my account and then have to wait for an entire day for getting back into my preparation and that too at a time when my Tier 2 is weeks ahead.
