The app breaks down over and over again. Also with full internet connection the tickets don‘t load with iPhone 13. (At the same time no problems with iPhone SE.) The bus drivers don‘t accept if you show that you have shared a ticket for your companion who’s app doesn’t work. So, you pay 12£ for a day ticket and can‘t use the bus!

You have to pay the exact fare at the bus, or the bus driver won’t let you in. Learned that the hard way.
So the app might be a solution for that.
It would be good. If there wouldn’t be this artificial 10£ minimum threshold you have to reach. Sadly two adult day tickets only cost EIGHT in total.

Guess we have to run around asking people for change like beggars again...
