Over-heating phone, jagged sharp-edged graphics, carousel rounds are annoying as tapping on the screen isn't very precise and sometimes causes you to get something you didn't need (and the turn angles aren't as precise as PC, so it's hard to contest on carousel rounds too), refreshing for heroes is harder than PC because of no bindings, etc. I'd probably recommend to play mobile TFT with a controller or keyboard connected if you want a semi-decent experience in ranked gold+. If you want to play a quick casual on public-transport that's a different story though. Besides the physical limitations that exist on the mobile platform, the game overall is pretty fun once you learn what the items and champs do, but some seasons are better than others. Some seasons are incredibly unbalanced at the start and some are way too boring.
