I have seen improvement in my physical, mental and emotional well-being.
I have almost no pain in my 2 knee replacements. I can do deeper squats and lunges. My balance has improved. I can walk faster and longer.
My weight seems to be beginning to move downwards. I have tried new recipes. I am learning to cook without  a cooker some will gradually be able to try more recipes.

If you want to change everything about your life this app is for you. I’ve had the app for as long as it’s been around and I can honestly say if I only could have one app this would be it. Through a targeted fitness and food plan it gets you to where you want to be in terms of fitness and weight loss. But it doesn’t stop there it seismically changes your mental health for the better. I love how the exercise and food it suggests can have this effect of making me feel good about myself and life in general. The spin offs are the best thing I think. The whole body coach team are there with you and Joes personal touch make you feel he’s right there with you. Take time to
look at the transformations and read how the app has changed their lives as it has mine.
A downside? Only one…… you have to
commit but believe me and thousands of others if you do you’ll never regret it.

I’ve been using this app regularly since January 2023. I’m not that into gyms and the macho culture that can sometimes prevail in the weights area. I wanted to get strength and HIIT training into my weekly routine. This app has been perfect. I’ve slowly progressed to the advanced workouts. They’re all really varied and challenging. I’m never bored and look forward to doing them. The yoga classes are also excellent. I highly recommend the app. You need to put the time and dedication in yourself. But you’ll gradually get results. Mentally, physically and energy wise. Thanks Joe and the team at Body Coach. A top quality app for everyone.

Great looking app. The workouts are just too hard and too frequent for a complete beginner. I couldn’t wait for the first workout to end and I was too sore for a week to do another one. I found this really disheartening and I got a refund.

I’m a relative newbie to this app but I really am enjoying it so far. My one piece of feedback would be that it would be amazing if we could filter the meals with allergens, as someone with a nut allergy, quite a few of the smoothies or snacks contain nuts, so it would be brill if I could filter them out and look at the nut free options!
