This is the first time using the app but I do not seem to be able to book an appointment. I cannot download the app. Why?

App is inconsistent with its function. Too many errors.

App functionality is good however it doesn’t have the ability to pay via Southern Cross like Manage My Health app did.

Great for individuals, massive gap in functionality to enable families a great CX. I now have to revert back to calling my medical centre to book an appt or order a repeat prescription for my children.

Horrible app What’s the point of wasting your patients time forcing them to download an app if the practice hasn’t even enabled the appointment booking function? Please make the online booking function available again on your website, this update to app booking is such a step back in terms of patient convenience for booking appointments, and a waste of time for everyone involved.

This is no good. This won’t allow me to book an appointment. I used to be able to book a time that was available and suit my needs. Now I must phone up to book. A step back in time

It’s a waste of time downloading an app That doesn’t work very good Apparently docs have to review everything before it goes onto app It’s not happening for me 1 month now

Such a shame our practice has switched to this. Health365 web portal was infinitely better.

The health indicators, like blood pressure records, stored on Manage my Health aren’t now available on this app, very disappointing!
