The singleplayer is great. The game looks beautiful, the music and sound design is great, there is enough variety to let you build a uniue character, and you can customize your town. The “jobs” get repetitive, but the “quests” and “events” keep things interesting. Every map has a secret area with a valuable reward, and exploring is really fun.

My only complaint is that it sometimes feels like getting a specific material, either for crafting equipment or for building your town, is a herculean task. The material rewards are completely random and there is no good way of acquiring them when you need them. If there was simply a way to target one or two materials you need and work towards acquiring them, it would be much better.

The multiplayer, however, is a hot mess. You fight in 1v1 matches in the Arena, and the rewards are simply too good to ignore. It’s the fastest way to gain gold and gems, the two main currencies in the game. The main problem is that you are constantly pitted against the same people. Even if you wait a few minutes before you queue somehow it matches you to the same person you just played against, and this can happen a lot of times. It happened ten times to me today.

Yet there is another troubling issue, and that’s the connection to the servers. Often times you lose connection for a second or two during a match and that will most likely result in defeat. On your side it looks like everything is going fine until suddenly a red warning appears and you find yourself done for. This is unacceptable for a multiplayer experience, especially one as fast paced as it is in Blades.

And finally there are points. With every victory you gain them, with every defeat you lose them. Yet there doesn’t seem to be any logic behind how they are given out or taken. With some victories you will gain enough to move a whole rank forward, getting one or two chests and other rewards. Other times you gain one to ten points for a victory. For reference you need 500 to move to the next arena. I literally got one point for a victory earlier today, but lost about 80 for one defeat. This may be because of some hidden metrics but I don’t really care if it was intended or not. It feels like it’s not worth playing the Arena after a certain point.

Grate game overall, reminds me of the scrapped TES Travels for psp (which refuses to run on my psp but works on emulator somehow) more then Skyrim. 

No open world, or crazy pc level of customisation. Instead using your city as a hub. Which isn’t bad per say. Travels on psp did the same thing, god eater one and two, Senran Kahura on Vita, Fable...

And much like the games mentioned before hand, the graphics are excellent, whilst say GTA on psp looks worst then a ps1 game, which dose have an open world.

In conclusion, the games no Skyrim replacement. But still a grate on the go TES experience.

It plays nothing like Skyrim or Oblivion.
It’s not open world, there’s no role playing elements.

It is very much just a crappy mobile game with no depth that’s loaded with microtransactions.

I’ve no idea what’s going on at Bethesda but it feels like they’re completely out of touch with people and what people want.

I actually like the gameplay and especially how the game looks. But all the waiting for the chests is just mad. I play one day and then open chests for three days. And if this game should be played around the globe it’s funny to expect us to pay anything near to those amounts. It’s just going to get boring very fast with everything. Sad day for Bethesda.

Zanimljiv dodatak Elders Scrolls u mobilnom ruhu. Sviđa mi se mogućnost igranja u dva moda (vertikalno i horizontalno). Cjelokupna prezentacija je odlična sa dobrim sustavom borbe, atmosferom, grafikom ... Treba još u budućnosti poraditi na raznolikosti i dodatnim sadržajima.

This game is exactly what it needs to be. Elder scrolls for mobile. Combat feels very much like in pc games, and it looks great. 

Four stars is because it’s still a bit too little. After some time, it’s quite repetitive and boils down to grinding gear. 

More role playing elements would be lovely.

If you are going to “release” a game that is not beta or alpha or anything and you cant do anything in it cause its “testing” period, dont make it. Just say we need few more weeks/months to finish this. Oh i forgot Bethesda doesnt make games that work on release cause they forgotten what Beta Testing means.
