Trying to access my account to login for my tickets and feels like I need training and a PHD to actually get in!!! You need to know that you require both an O2 and AXS account and you actually login using the AXS password not O2. The when youve got that cracked the app crashes if you keep Face ID enabled. Top tip cancel the phone passcode screen and disable Face ID then type in the AXS passcode. I’m finally in and waiting for my PHD in the O2 App certificate in the post. !

Every time I use this app something is wrong with it. None of my logins work despite the passwords being correct, and I have to worry about not being able to access my tickets THAT IVE PAID FOR when I get to the venue.

The fact that I have to jump through multiple hoops to sign into AXS and 02 to attempt to receive a ticket that has been transferred over to me, only to find that the app won’t even let me sign in is beyond a joke. 

I’m surprised we’ve even got a live music industry if this the game we’ve now got to play. 

I would say sort it out, but the funds that could be allocated to do so have already been shareholders-spunked.

Joke of an experience. I bought my tickets through ticketmaster, why should I have to download another app? Which then funnels you into a confusing journey where you end up having to create not one but two additional logins just to get the tickets. Cynical data grabbing instead of a desire to create a good customer experience.

Going round and round in circles. Password (stored on iPhone) not accepted. No email received to enable changing password (yes, double checked address and junk folders) Can’t sign up again because it says account exists. Chat bot says click on forgotten password (tried. And tried again) and if that doesn’t work contact your ticket provider! Not contact us so we can help!

For such a large organisation, this app is absolutely not fit for purpose!! People like myself that order through Ticketmaster should be able to use Ticketmaster as verification ! Not this! Over 24 hours for a password reset notification as the app is so rubbish is a joke too!! Sort it out !

The app crashes when you use your passcode or face id to try and access your tickets… you must just sign in regularly. App is wayyy too complex for what it actually needs to be and causes stress as some people may not understand what they need to do and may not be able to access their tickets…

### *---- "A stressful and poorly designed app - login glitch solved"
This app is very poorly designed and seems to have constant bugs and issues. 

It has also caused an unnecessary amount of stress trying to access tickets by constantly crashing. I have found the fix for this though is to turn off Face ID! If it asks for your phone passcode just hit cancel, turn off Face ID and then login through your password. This worked for me. 

There is very little information from the app and ticket providers about linking accounts etc and when you try to find that info it states “404 error”.

I tried finding somewhere to report bug issues but that’s a dead end as well. 

Developers really need to sort this out as it’s an appalling experience.

I’m so glad I’ve read these other reviews as I thought I was going crazy. Had the email from Ticketmaster saying they were ready to view in the app and I’m experiencing all the problems listed in other reviews. This isn’t my only bad experience, same happened last year and I took my chance and travelled all the way down to London hopeful that someone at the venue could help. Fortunately the staff in the ticket office were great, showed them the email and tickets on Ticketmaster and they printed my tickets off there and then!
