The Official Lumineers App

This app is near impossible to use anymore. It used to work great, but something has changed, and it’s terrible. I can’t figure out how to renew my Big Parade membership to get the fan club perks/presale access, and have received no response from multiple attempts to reach out about these technical issues. From what I read on the forum today, others are having issues as well with no resolution/response. (iPhone app)

Unusable. Cant create accounts bc none of the options work. FB fails bc they need to publish the the FB app in their dev account. Apple Sign in just spins, as does just creating an account. Booo. Great band but they should be embarrassed

Love this app but this week I’m experiencing issues. I cannot comment or post. I can create a post and type but cannot execute the post or comment. Help :(

In my opinion, the best band of our generation reaching out to their fans more. I can’t complain at all and the app is really easy to use!
