I downloaded the app to try for a few months but im barely using it so want to cancel. You can’t! I am stuck having to stay up crazy late at night (i live in new zealand) to try to phone the uk to try to cancel (they only let you cancel by phone). How the apple store allows this app to get away with this I don’t know but I intend to complain. However I am seriously considering moving elsewhere because of the new draconian censorship policy applied to readers’ comments. Readers I’ve come across are increasingly annoyed and puzzled that innocuous comments are being deleted or “withheld pending approval”. I have the feeling that an algorithm is being used to censor comments and only later do humans come into the equation. The situation has become Kafka-seque. Replies I’ve received from Online Customer Services have been anodyne non-replies. I urge a rethink on censorship policies.
