I asked them to cancel my subscription in December, it’s end of March now they are still charging me, I have sent at least twenty emails unless you have a week to dedicate to calling them on the phone to unsubscribe, do not subscribe to their magazine

I am trying to login with my new subscription in ipad and it asks me to hold down shspes which is not working. Why do you do such thing that does not work on ipad??
I collect the week junior magazines and they always come late and sometimes don’t come at all but on the week junior app you can see all the magazines doesn’t matter when they were made
