Did I read the memberships correctly? $125 as in U.S. DOLLARS?!?! MONTHLY?!?! What the hell is that about?

I have been locked out of this app multiple times. I wouldn’t deduct stars for that if there were a way to resolve it, but when I was locked out and lost something like six months of a one year subscription, I didn’t appreciate that. I called the App Store bit was told they couldn’t resolve the issue; I had to contact the app creators. But when you go through the app, there’s no way to contact them, at least not when you’re locked out. I was using the same login that I used the first six months, but the app said the credentials were not recognized. Because this is the best yoga app I’ve ever found, I subscribed again this month. I used a different email, given the problems with the last login. Everything was fine until the app said that there was another account for me and that I needed to use that login, and then the app logged me out. I tried logging back in with the old login, but it wouldn’t accept my credentials. I tried the old email with the new password, but nothing. I tried the new email with the old password and so on, but I was locked out again. Luckily, I opened the app today after a few weeks of not touching it, and was logged in. But I have no idea what will happen if I’m weirdly logged out again. The yoga classes and everything else are the best I’ve found, but frustratingly I can only access them about 50% of the time. And that’s from at least 2 different iPads w/2 different ip addresses. If this continues, I will sadly have to cancel the subscription and settle for the next best thing. As it is, I have no idea what my login is, because it’s never accepted any of my credentials with the new subscription. TO THE DEVELOPERS: Please allow people to contact you when they are locked out of the app. I understand things can get buggy, which is why it’s important to add a “contact the developers” option when the app won’t accept credentials. Otherwise, thank you for a beautiful app.

I used this app for probably 9 months and forgot about it. Classes aren’t bad, but the variety was minimal and I got bored of the classes. When the renewal came around, I saw I was charged and thought maybe this would motivate me to use their app again. Still didn’t love the class options so I cancelled my subscription and was told it would not renew the following year. The next year, however, I was charged again and when I reached out they said they’d take care of it. They confirmed I had cancelled but I had to go through my bank to cancel the charge. Well, here we are again, another year (with no subscription) and another year I was charged. No faith in this company.

I would give 5 stars if it had more Level 1 classes in all categories and 20 mins or less. Thank you!!

I would like to see something more put together. More yoga options and better instructors. It’s too cookie cutter and I find better classes on YouTube.

I canceled this app over a year ago I can’t even login to any existing accounts. It does not show up in my subscriptions yet they are still charging me for the 2nd year in a row without even having an account

Best instruction and good solid techniques. No injuries with this app. Used app for years and recommend it to tons of people. Better than any studios I’ve attended classes.

Definitely good videos and routines and likable instructors all. The app though has issues. I cannot stream to a bigger screen. I use it gratefully but sometimes I wish it was even better.
