For me it is the best app for calisthenics
I was able to do 1 arm push up, muscle up, and shrimp squat. Now working on planche and one arm pull up. Tried others, but with this i fell best progress. (I workout 2 different simultaneously skills max)

I love this, I’ve been using it for a while and i have gotten stronger and learned many useful skills in calisthenics.
I really want to be able to go back on exercises. I often click skip and cant go back which messes with my workouts. I also want to be able to customize my workouts more.
I love this app but it is missing one crucial component; CUSTOMIZATION. Here’s what the app is lacking: 1) customization of all existing workouts (exercises, reps, sets, rest timer, etc.) 2) create custom workouts If those features are added, this would literally the best app. I’ve been looking for an app like this for such a long time and this one is almost perfect. It’s great, don’t get me wrong. It’s just missing those important features.
I like the variety of workouts and skills progressions! The paid version is nice too and gives you access to some other cool stuff. I think the coach feature could be improved though as sometimes it tries to write unrealistic workouts and will have you doing weighted pull ups after having done 3 sets each of pull ups and chin ups for decent reps, meaning your back is pretty wiped already. The edit feature for the workouts is buggy as well, things get out of place if you try to change something. My ideal feature would be totally customizable workouts from the exercise selections.
This app is really good for beginners and experienced. I really recommend this app.
The app itself is great and the progressions, as well. But, the screens don’t auto fit for smaller devices so I can’t enter my reps
