Fahrenheit and Celsius together
I chose this option because I can see Fahrenheit and Celsius on the same scale. It helps me to understand and get used to another measuring system. I would like to see the gradient from cold to hot brighter so that I understand how this temperature will feel. I would really like to have such a widget that would not open the application every time.

Requires weather data
I tried to different apps and both require your location to get weather data to tell you the temperature. It’s not a true thermometer.
Uninstalled but still using my location
Using iOS 16 I'll pick up the phone and there it is a big blue arrow and it says thermometer is using my location.
