I’ve played on all sorts of these gambling apps for a couple years now. This one is good but it can drain the bank account. I’m at the point I’m sick of the addiction tied to it. All they want is for you to drop your life savings into the app, they offer help but how helpful is it really when you can go to the next app. I think gambling apps should be illegal again, it’s been weaponized to create an addiction and ruin the youth. I will never recommend this or any of the other apps for this reason. It’s gotten so bad, I know I have no money but I still try to “get rich quick”, for the better of humanity these need to go

Need to be able to cash out of bets whenever we please. Early cash out is almost never available and in most cases I could’ve won money on other apps that allow it like bet 365

So, I deposited 20 bucks on the 25. Placed some bets, got some free spins, got some bonus bets. Won 201 overall. Went to withdraw it, and then I find out I have to wait 48 hours. Cool. I wait. I request my withdrawal. It’s declined, probably something to do with my bank and the way its visa debit system is. So, I contacted chat help. I get told that etransfer is the faster option. I select it. Woke up this morning to an email stating my account is suspended because I needed to verify my employment. Wait…I did that when I signed up?? If it wasn’t right, then why did you allow me to place bets?? I contact chat help again. As usual it starts with a bot who asks your information. When you finally get a human, you have to give all your information again. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE BOT. So, I keep getting the run around from support. Then I get an email stating my withdrawal was approved but guess what, IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS. ON WHAT PLANET DO E-TRANSFERS TAKE 3-5 DAYS! I would avoid this gambling site at all costs. They want your money to stay in your account as long as possible so you just gamble it away.

Consistently get “Total odds do not match” or even worse “can’t parlay from related markets” with no indication of what it considers a related market. Less options than many other apps, I don’t recommend.

I used this site for a while and it was generally good service but then I made a withdrawal that never got processed. Contacted support numerous times and told the same thing over and over to just keep waiting. With no explanation for why the payment didn’t go through or how long it would take. It’s been almost two weeks now and still nothing so I filed a complaint through the province. Hoping I get the money eventually but I can assure you’ll I’ll never use the site again. And you shouldn’t either

I made a withdrawal of $201 which is lost somewhere and haven't been deposited into bank account, while after that I made 2 transfers of $10, and $191 both of which got deposited in my account. I am not sure why my $201 isn't deposited in my bank account yet? No one answers in timely manner and god only know where my money is being held, please if you can help I would appreciate it.
