Location

The app requests for location permission, for selection of the store, currently i am From Different city where your store is far from here so i cant even see the menu on your app because it keeps saying NO STORE NEARBY ! Pls Fix this Location Compulsory issue !

Easy to use but unable to get the GST Invoice

I was forced to order through the app but sadly there’s no option to get the invoice for my purchase. And now both the customer care and the outlet from where I purchased are trying to pass the buck to the other. This is extremely frustrating

Why the delivery order is missing in the app which is present in the website

Coffee beans order is missing in the app which is present in the website.

Not the experience I would recommend

Last night I went to Third wave coffee at golf course road Gurgaon with 2 of my friends. We ordered coffee for take away and paid through my credit card. By mistake I forgot to take my credit card back and called third wave coffee multiple times today. Lady on the phone was so rude and kept on saying that I am busy and I can’t talk. I am not even sure if they have my credit card or not as the lady was not ready to talk. This is not the experience that is appreciated by an employee for the customer.

Pathetic app and service

My app is stuck and I can only increase the quantity of my choices. I have been stuck with 3 chais and 3 water bottles since last many months. Even after reporting multiple times am not getting any help
