It is a waste of money, the first call they promise you so many stuff and once you pay and sign up no one is there to help you if you have any problems and they have very unprofessional customer representative. I tried it for a month and they were supposed to make me a website in two to four weeks of signing up and help me grow but the whole month that I was with them they didn’t even reach out to me to see how I want my website and if I need something. When I told them that they said they tried to reach me but they weren’t successful which that is complete false. It is not worth it at all.
Just started an account and it’s been weeks of nightmare. Nothing works, nothing is accessible and each time I open a ticket I get a “we’re still working on it!” - yet they have no issues charging and making customers pay for their software that doesn’t work as advertised. This is exactly what class action suits are made of. The calendaring software is mediocre compared to Acuity or Calendly and everything in the CRM that was promised to us was false - it’s *barely* functioning as an address book. Our account rep literally disappeared after our first week…
The product is great. There a few glitches. Understandable but my app keeps getting stuck. It totally disappeared from my screen . I also cant seem to get the Automatic Announcements working. Annoying !!!!
I wish it had the ability to book multiple services for one client. I’ve used gloss genius in the past and it is so much more user friendly IMO. I’m still waiting on them to help me fix my card reader problem. It will not stay connected and of course when it does they can’t leave a tip that way. I feel like this app would be great for an office setting where you just book meetings. I don’t feel it is geared toward the beauty industry at all. Here is to hoping it gets better.
I really love the client software but their billing needs lots of work. I have had so many glitches with their billing, It’s insane. I’ve been with them just over a year now and if I didn’t love the business software and how it works great with my company needs I would’ve dropped them a long time ago. I’ve literally had my account randomly cancelled when I made a change to the billing and they’ve had to reinstate it with of course changed the billing date and you can see where I’m going with this….I’ve changed my rate plan but have gotten no change in the price or refund/charge to process as they make the change. My most recent headache is when they handle your webpage they charge a ridiculous $99/month to do so. I’m a tiny business and that is a lot esp when I get most of my hits off google. I’ve recently asked them to cancel that portion of my bill and they then they came back to ask if I kept it with them and they didn’t charge me for the next six months with that be OK which I agreed to. Of course I haven’t seen the refund for the charge they already took for it this month though. Lastly their email correspondence with support isn’t overly reliable. It seem the only way I get a good answer is to call. On that support side though, when I talk to someone re tech issues they are wonderful. Great at teaching you how to use it. For that reason and the ease of the app is the only reason I have stayed with them. They have the potential to be a great company tool, if only they were better on billing & support.
I’ve been w/ Thryv a little over 3 years. The technology has gotten better & better over the years. Tons of updates & upgrades to the platform to make it easier to use for a small business.
I locked myself out of my account do to fact l forget my password. Customer service rep has not clue on how to help and l am left unsure if this app is free or not since their rep has no idea either. There is no way to reset password and their customer service rep can not help
I like the app but have had to delete and re-download 4 times and I’ve only been using it for 4 months. And of course it happens when I really need it to work because I don’t have access to my computer. But generally speaking, I really appreciate this app and it makes it convenient and easy to communicate with clients on the go.
What happen, We are unable to set on the site with free trail
