-- Rejitha Rejitha, 2026-09-17

### ***-- "Good user interface"
UI and UX wise its really good, but the info I’m getting from the UI is bit confusing. Should have much better info on each game and event, also past events are not seen at ease, you should track it dude!!!!
-- Manoj_Kamatam, 2026-03-13

### *---- "Highly frustrated with this app"
Tried booking for Davis cup match on the app. First it asks for contacts information to share. Don’t know why that is needed when you are creating an account. The. Sing in doesn’t work. OTP either fails or doesn’t come through. Tried booking on my wife’s app but it does t allow sharing. Super unhappy. Organisers please don’t make ticket genie partner for any event. It’s highly frustrating
-- Raghu review, 2026-02-08

### *---- "Worst Application (0/5)"
TicketGenie turned out to be a very poor and frustrating experience during the India vs New Zealand match at Kochi.

The application allows users to book multiple tickets, but does not provide any option to share tickets with others. On top of that, screenshots are disabled, which creates a serious usability issue. During match time, there was heavy network congestion, and the app failed to load properly for many users. As a result, people were unable to display the QR code at the entry gates.

This design flaw caused absolute chaos. If one person booked tickets for friends in different pavilions, all ticket holders were forced to walk together, even if their seating areas were completely different. For example, a person entering Pavilion A had to accompany someone entering Pavilion G just to show the QR code, then walk back again. This is highly impractical, poorly thought out, and unacceptable for an event of this scale.

For large stadium events, offline access, ticket sharing, or at least screenshot support is essential. Blocking all of these without a reliable fallback shows zero consideration for real-world usage scenarios.

Overall, this app reflects bad planning, poor UX design, and lack of crowd-handling logic. Until these core issues are fixed, TicketGenie is not suitable for high-traffic live events.

Extremely disappointing experience.

### *---- "No ticket and No customer service"
We purchased tickets through this app. My ticket was transferred to me, but after that I was unable to view it or log in to access the ticket. I tried multiple times, but it kept failing. The worst part is that there has been no response from customer service. Worst App.
-- nms@11, 2026-01-31

### *---- "Unable to download ticket offline or Apple wallet"
I’ve purchased tickets for India NZ series at TRIVANDRUM.
There will be no network in the area and I tried to download the tickets it is not working. Neither the screenshot nor add to Apple wallet.

When trying to add to wallet it says will be available on match day when we is visible. There are only few hours left and I can see qr but not able to add to wallet or download for offline
-- tanand7, 2026-01-31

### *---- "can download or share ticket after booking"
for india vs nz match i cant share, download or add to apple wallet the ticket..i cant share the ticket with my friends even though the guidelines and terms say the ticket is transferrable.
-- ninjannambiar, 2026-01-31

### *---- "Poor tech"
For an app that sells tickets for important/premium matches , it’s poorly developed and filled with bugs.
Not even a single UI page responds as intended .
-- Dark£0rd, 2026-01-24

### *---- "Worst App. Stay away"
Before booking Ind Vs Nz match tickets at Karyavattom, guidelines says E ticket can be transferred or shared.
After purchase there is no such option.
I have booked tickets for my friends and now the tickets cannot be transferred and ticket is on my device and i cant go.
Moreover help centre numbers are not responding , nor their e mail.
If no support from app devolopers customer should stay away. Dont know how reputed matches ticketing is given to this scrap app devolopers when customer friensly apps like book my show is available in market
-- Harishnair91, 2026-01-24

-- Rahulramrahul, 2026-01-22

### *---- "Pathetic"
Once installed, it asks you to login. Once done, it throws the message that a new version is available and force you to go to App Store and update. But there wont be anything to update and it will give option to open the app. The cycle continues
-- FeelingSad1124, 2026-01-21

### *---- "Worst app - It keeps on showing new app version is available even after updating the latest version"
BCCI shoildnt tie up with such low quality apps. Its a shame. Worst ticket booking experience
-- Sivan Ramachandran, 2026-01-21

### *---- "Worst app"

App is literally of no use, crashes when there is a rush on ticket
-- Parth.19, 2026-01-15

### ***-- "Issue in iPad"
Unable to book Ind Vs SL tickets using iPad
-- VinodTnT, 2025-12-24

### *---- "Fraud"
It’s a fraud app , they use partnership with stadium members and sell the tickets to them so that they can sell the black tickets in bulk. This happened in Raipur india vs South Africa 2nd odi. 2025
Please someone case against this app.
