Why do you repeatedly send me emails to add to wallet but don’t have an option to do that ? The bottom to add to wallet is not where you claim it will be . Third concert I’ve had this same issue Either offer wallet option or stop emailing me to do that

Your chat was also useless , just keeps telling me to call . You don’t need a chat that can’t help with anything . 

Maybe try reinvesting some of those fees into better online system ? The greed is visible but unfortunately the lack of reinvestment is also very visible with this company .
