Really need to optimize this app because the location constantly switching around is beyond annoying

Unstable. Tickets were not available in the app. We had to go back to the box office to get them printed. On another occasion would not let me save it to Apple Wallet.

More money should go to artists

I was directed to this app to view/save my event ticket and there is nothing to view nor any direction on how to even upload the app. I was lead into a black hole.

The payment process has been showing error, and it has not been successful, which greatly affects my user experience.

Why do you repeatedly send me emails to add to wallet but don’t have an option to do that ? The bottom to add to wallet is not where you claim it will be . Third concert I’ve had this same issue Either offer wallet option or stop emailing me to do that Your chat was also useless , just keeps telling me to call . You don’t need a chat that can’t help with anything . Maybe try reinvesting some of those fees into better online system ? The greed is visible but unfortunately the lack of reinvestment is also very visible with this company .

Keeps good track of my tickets. Shows me how to control the app, I don’t have to worry about losing my tickets because they are right there on the app! Great app!

I had tickets for an event and they didn’t show up in my events

What is the point of putting “remember me” when you log in to be logged out the very next time you use the app!!??!???? Still a problem going into 2015!!!!
