## Ticketmaster Reviews in Канада

### *---- "Latest update is horrible"
The newest update is really bad. The new layout and UI is nice. I’ve never had a problem with the app before but every time I close the app it logs me out, I can’t access my tickets for events that are happening today and it won’t let me even load events that are upcoming! Please fix it.

### *---- "Unable to log into my account."
Clicking the sign-in button does not do anything.
-- AliciaGen, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Typ error and no help"
The previous representative advised me to create an email address at 'gmaim.com'. This is technologically impossible, as gmaim.com is a privately owned parked domain, not a public email provider like Google. I cannot create an inbox there.

This is a simple, single-letter typo (@gmaim instead of @gmail). I can verify my identity and ownership of these tickets using the original payment method. I have the exact credit card number, billing address, and phone number used for the purchase.
-- Hansnikhil, 2026-09-10

### ***** "Security"
With Ticketmaster, I know that they are a valid and reputable company. I never have any problems with my Tickets even though sometimes I get the insurance for cancellation. They don’t always honour that. I would just say that if you’re going to buy tickets, make sure 100% you’re going because they do not do cancellations don’t pay for the insurance. It’s a waste of your money.

### *---- "Such a rip off !"
ticket gouging and the service fees and processing fees !?! For what ?!? The computers and phones do the work for you ! Needs to be stopped
