Downloaded this version of the app as when I opened the app I had it on my home screen the message said it wasn’t in use any more. Sorry now I did. When this version is opened is completely blank. Way to go guys. Not much use to me now if I need to retrieve my tickets for an event. Rubbish!

Every time, without fail I have to reset my password as the app and website says it’s incorrect. I know for a fact it is not, I screenshot the new password they make me make every time and it always says it’s invalid. I’m not stupid or not tech savvy, it their system. So frustrating to lose out of tickets due to it timing out when they say my password is incorrect.
Billion dollar company and they have glitchy and unreliable app. I dream of them having a competitor.

It was bad enough you couldn’t get tickets because ticketmaster thought you were a bot when you reached first in the queue and it would kick you out but now it won’t let me even select the country im in. It just keeps bringing me back to los angles. Whats the point of having the options for different countries if it wont let you even search up concerts in my country?
