13.09.2024. Каждый год я продлеваю подписку на журнал и каждый год я должна рассылать письма счастья во все стороны, чтобы получить доступ к оплаченному журналу и доказать, что я оплатила подписку. В этом году даже и ответа нет из службы поддержки Time. Верните деньги пожалуйста. 5 сентября списано 3090 руб. за год. Доступ получить не могу до сих пор. 13.07.21. Все заработало, спасибо за помощь! Меняю оценку приложению. 10.07.2021. Прошу помощи. Подписка через apple с 5.07.2021, до сих пор нет доступа к журналам. Написала Time, но они не могут решить проблему, пишут, что только apple. 28.01.2020 1. Журнал Time, где моя оплаченная подписка iTunes?? После последнего обновления пропали все номера, а восстановление подписки iTunes не срабатывает. Я подписывалась на печатную версию журнала два года - и мой цифровой доступ тоже не работает, вы удалили мой account number. Я написала вам письмо - получила ответ от робота, но вы так ничего и не сделали. Верните деньги. 2. UPD. Появились только некоторые номера в библиотеке, последний - за 12 ноября 2018 года. Доступа к текущим номерам нет. Проблема не решена.
Bugs
In general quite user friendly with lots of iPad only features. But I can't download new issues although I'm a print subscriber. Customer service couldn't fix my issue.

Constant problems with Time App
The App itself is ok.... when it works! Although I’ve been a loyal Time subscriber for over 40 years, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the Time app. As I travel very often for the past year, I’m rarely able to read the paper version sent to my home, and depend on iPad access to Time issues. Sadly, perhaps every two or three months on average for the past year, my access has been blocked, and I’m no longer allowed to download any issues. It’s very tough to get any answers from Time support. So disappointing from what I felt was a quality magazine.

Still not update for new iPad Pro. No improvement or new features
Could do better
The app is missing quite a few options and therefore 2 stars:
- cant manage my subscription through the app: renew or modify it, change the posting address for the physical issues,
- app forgets i’m suscribed to the magazine and wants me to buy the issues even though I should have, through my subscription full access to every single issue. Full access is back when app is reopened,
- doesnt show which articles of the issue have been read,
- doesnt show the progress of reading the issues and every singles article,
- ads are still included in the virtual issues and articles. i though I could at least avoid those especially as i cant with the physical copies of the magazine.
Bad voice over language support
Hello
I've just subscribed to the Times Europe magazine.
I use the voice over extensively for my iPhone to read me the articles.
But it reads me in the language set on the iPhone and not the language of the article (meaning: English)
Would it be possible for you to mark your articles as English written?
