13.07.21. Все заработало, спасибо за помощь! Меняю оценку приложению. 10.07.2021. Прошу помощи. Подписка через apple с 5.07.2021, до сих пор нет доступа к журналам. Написала Time, но они не могут решить проблему, пишут, что только apple. 28.01.2020 1. Журнал Time, где моя оплаченная подписка iTunes?? После последнего обновления пропали все номера, а восстановление подписки iTunes не срабатывает. Я подписывалась на печатную версию журнала два года - и мой цифровой доступ тоже не работает, вы удалили мой account number. Я написала вам письмо - получила ответ от робота, но вы так ничего и не сделали. Верните деньги. 2. UPD. Появились только некоторые номера в библиотеке, последний - за 12 ноября 2018 года. Доступа к текущим номерам нет. Проблема не решена.
Bugs
In general quite user friendly with lots of iPad only features. But I can't download new issues although I'm a print subscriber. Customer service couldn't fix my issue.

The magazine is really good. I’ve been a subscriber for decades.
The app and support are awful.
It doesn't recognize my email/password, it gets blocked, I can’t download MY PAID issues......
In top of that the subscriber support doesn't answer my requests to fix the problem or is unable to do it.
A real waste of time and money.

La doy una estrella porque la app se queda bloqueada en un anuncio donde indica instrucciones para ver contenido online. Hay una flecha que supuestamente sirve para avanzar a la siguiente instrucción pero no hace nada. Resultado: no puedo leer la revista que he comprado. Arréglenlo por favor.

Content, pictures and media add value vs the printed version.

Es imposible descargar las revistas antiguas aun habiéndome identificado correctamente en la App. Así que pierde parte de la gracia porque hay muchos artículos interesantes antiguos pero te obliga a pagarlos mientras que en la web son gratis si estás registrado.
Por lo demás, el formato y contenidos extras de la edición digital merecen la pena.
