Приложение хорошее, пользовалась, когда летала на Камчатку, помогло справиться с большй разницей во времени. Но оно было бесплатное! Сейчас снова зашла - уже за деньги. Либо подписка, либо 900р за один план перелета. Ничёси. Не, я понимаю, что там рекламы нет, разработчикам надо деньги за свой труд зарабатывать, но блин…900р за один план это как-то ту мач, тем более он подбирается автоматически :(

I followed the instructions 95% for a 4 day trip with a 6h time difference. Absolutely worked, eventhough wearing sunglasses indoors felt silly. Highly recommend, if you need to function during and straight after your trip. 5x⭐️

Functionless because the design doesn’t account for the iPhone’s “notch” and is therefore unusable because a necessary button is hidden behind.

Great app, will definitely start using as a regular part of my inter-continental travels!

I used it on a trip from US West Coast to India. It worked amazingly well and I had insignificant Jetlag. I followed the plan about 90%. Withheld one star as the UI could use some improvements otherwise the plan itself worked very well. I will be using it on all my long-haul trips.

I’ve used this app for many years and it was really terrific, but on the last few trips, it has been buggy to say the least. Today, a day before I’m flying long distance, it wants me to drink caffeine from 9 AM to 11pm. I’ve tried twice to send a chat to tech-support, without any response. maybe someone bought this app, as it is a shadow of what it once was. And that is very sad!

We flew from the war coast of the US to Iceland (+7 hours) and days later went Sweden (+2 more hours). We followed the recs of the app and it worked like a charm! The least amount of jet lag we’ve ever experienced. We felt rested and ready to go and will follow the recs on our return trip too. Highly recommend!

To me, the value in this app is not so much in their insights, which are wise and well-communicated but fairly common sense, as the discipline that the app provides to actually APPLY the insights. Huge help. Minimal jet lag!

I just used this app on my way to Venice. I have gone to Europe several times because my best friend lives in France and have always been affected by jet lag. But, this time, using the app, I did not have any jet lag. I will purchase this app for my trip next year. My husband used it last year to travel and said it was amazing. He is right!! I also used it on the way home from Italy and it worked beautifully! I had no jet lag at all. This app is wonderful!!

I will shout from the rooftops at how well this app worked for me. I spent three weeks in Australia and was dreading coming home and experiencing terrible jet lag. I had friends telling me to prepare for two weeks minimum (14 hour time difference). July 31 I started Timeshifter to begin my return home on August 1. I followed the recommendations 100% and I ended my plan today (August 6) and I have felt very little jet lag. Only one wake up in the middle of the night and plenty of energy coming back to work! I will be using any time I travel outside of the Eastern time zone again!
