On my new iPad, the article does not have navigation ability to exit, consequently I have to close the app and reopen to read another article. It’s like the software updates are not happening.

I’m in London. Why is all the news about South Africa?

Do the editor or management even read the one bad review on another…..shocking!!!!

I have subscribed for years. But I regularly am unable to access the Sunday Times due to computer glitches. Now I am unable to access Premium news items. I have no idea why.

This App has been inaccessible since the past weekend with absolutely no remedy in sight. Despite the ongoing poor ratings nothing is being done to improve the situation.

On both iPad and iPhone, when opening the app there is an error message 'This application service is currently unavailable'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change. This is really frustrating as it was working perfectly BEFORE the latest update!!

Why make an app for iPad if you can’t even rotate it. No one reads articles or books on iPad in portrait mode. I wold give it zero stars if it was possible.

Slow, cumbersome and clunky. Not at all user friendly.

The app is not user friendly. Of all the apps on my phone, Times Live is the worst. So sad really because I have been an subscriber to the Sunday Times for a very long time
