Timezone Fun App

The app forces you to update and then logs you out. This is highly annoying and makes me want to uninstall it.

The login screen is really annoying - the email field makes it very difficult to type in an email address because it capitalises words. And if you use a mobile number by accident when it’s not associated with your account there is no way to cancel out of the sign up amd you need to delete and reinstall the app. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Great for bonuses but the vip could be more rewarding

The app is a really convenient way to add credit to your Timezone card. Also it is a really way to check your balance, tickets and rewards points. I also like the new tap and play feature where you can add a digital version of your Timezone card to your wallet app as well.

The app keeps logging me out. When I do get logged back in my two cards have disappeared and I cannot see my history or points. I thought this was meant to be helpful but it’s so frustrating. Stops you from doing reloads remotely if the cards are not on there.

App no longer works just getting a blank screen. Not super helpful and a bit sad

Since the forced update, all I'm getting is a white screen. Also missed chance to double up on top up. /Sigh

Can’t use vouchers or coupon codes. Rip off

Forced to do an update and now it doesn’t work

App has been stuck on a white screen for days, missed double dollars and still no resolve. Pretty disappointing!
