But the app is not maintained, and appigo model is to move customers to cloud offering only to get a maintained and app. With apples upgrades over time, this version crashes and is now unreliable unfortunately. Although the app is good, the business ethic is not because they did not upgrade the app for the previous batch of users who had supported them. I hope that this developer is aware that 'brand image' is more important than anything else for the company. If you implement this upgrade cost again, potential users may not want to buy your apps readily because of the potential upgrade costs, it's bad for the business and users. Hope that from now on you will upgrade the apps for the customers with each new version without the additional costs. This app has a better total cost than some high-end GTD apps which charge beyond SGD $30 for all Apple devices.
