This app has completely lost its original value and purpose. The so-called “surprise bags” are anything but surprising — in Adelaide, 99% of the time you open the app, you’ll only see one store: Farina 00. This situation has been going on for a long time. What they offer is beyond disappointing: a box of uncooked, sauce-less, topping-less pasta — just wet raw pasta that has been soaked in water to double its weight. They claim it helps reduce food waste, but in reality, you’re paying nearly $10, and still have to go through the trouble of driving to the store during peak hour traffic. The shop is located on one of the busiest commercial streets in Adelaide, has no dedicated parking, and the street parking nearby is always packed — good luck finding a spot. In the end, you’re just getting something you could easily buy at a supermarket for $2 or $3. Bottom line: In Adelaide, the app has become nothing more than a dedicated storefront for Farina 00. No variety, no surprise, no change, no effort. What used to be a great idea is now just a joke. If you’re hoping for “Too Good To Go,” the reality is “Too Boring To Try.”

Near impossible to actually get the bags you want - people are camping the drops. I’ve been using the app for a few weeks and haven’t been able to actually collect anything. Waste of time!

I thought I'd give this a go. Bought a bag from sushi mise northcote. Went to pick it up at the designated time, store was closed even though on google it says its open until 1730. Safe to say I cancelled the second bag I ordered. Good idea, when it works.

Mouldy food was served. The shop told me to contact the app for a refund, so I contacted them twice for support, but no reply at all. One month has already passed. They are too irresponsible.
